- RENT COLLECTION: -Assurance allows all its tenants the options of paying their rent by direct deposit, bank deposit, or cash collection, hence offering the tenant no reason or excuse for not having the money in on time every month.
- MONTHLY ACCOUNTING: -All our Landlords are sent a detailed monthly statement by way of email or post showing all transactions including rent, fees and maintenance costs, etc.
- PROPERTY MAINTENANCE: -We work with our brother company- Fhasper Property Maintenance who will keep on top of any issues that arise and keep you informed of these at all times. Fhasper will also ensure that the lawn is properly maintained and kept up to the landlord’s standard..
